Need help with Research? Have a general question about the library's resources or services? We're here to help!
There are a number of ways in which you can reach us:

Visit the Reference Desk, located on the Library Plaza Level (2nd Floor) during library hours.
Microsoft Imagine Academy offers online courses in technology skills from basic digital literacy to Microsoft Office proficiency to Windows server management. Students can use these courses to acquire important job skills or prepare for industry-recognized certifications. Through a partnership with Microsoft, the Washington State Library has made these training courses available free to Washington residents through their community college, public, or tribal library.
As a Highline College student, staff or faculty member, you've already been assigned an e-mail address from Microsoft's Office 365 cloud service (firstname.lastname@example.org) and a password (the same one you use for your myHighline account.) that you can use to register with Microsoft Imagine Academy. Alternatively, a Live, Hotmail, Outlook, or Xbox account will also work. If you're accessing this from off campus, you will be asked to sign in first with your myHighine username and password to verify that you're a student before being redirected to the registration site.
